Helmes follows PMI and Prince2 standards in project management, we have certified practitioners.
Development Process
SCRUM – Helmes has certified Scrum Masters. We have experience with working in geographically distributed team. Helmes prefers SCRUM for agile development processes.
MSF – Helmes has used MSF in numerous Microsoft solutions projects.
RUP – Helmes’ formal development process is based on RUP methodology.
Helmes recently became the first company in Estonia to start using the Rational Jazz platform to support working with SCRUM methodology. Jazz is a “next generation” Application Lifecycle Management product that combines version control; work item, bug and time management into a single package. Jazz makes it possible to make metrics and other important information about a project visible to everyone involved and makes our development process more transparent to our customers.
